Debbie help prepare the house for sale. She staged the house so well that I did not even recognize it. I joked with her that I was not sure if I wanted to sell after seeing it.
Debbie went out of her way to make this sale happen. I had a few other realtors, but Debbie was light years ahead of them. She got my house viewed all over the place including Northern Virginia and other parts of Virginia.
Debbie made sure all the inspections were completed on time. She even helped me pack so that I could be out of the house before closing.
I have bought and sold 4 or 5 houses over the years including California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Virginia. I have never experienced the service from a realtor like Debbie Price. She is one of a kind. I would highly recommend her to everyone. – 01/18/2018
