Meghan Taylor took a leap of faith when she entered the mortgage industry seven years ago, and she hasn’t looked back since. With a degree in business administration, Meghan’s career choice was the perfect fit for her where she’s helped more than 500 families along the way.

“I love meeting new families, finding out their goals around homeownership, and helping them achieve those goals,” she says. “I love being someone who my clients can rely on to review their loan options, answer questions, and build a relationship for the future.”

Meghan is licensed in Virginia and is based in Hampton Roads, serving primarily South Hampton Roads, the Peninsula, Middle Peninsula, and the Northern Neck. She’s a member of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS®, Peninsula Home Builders Association and, the Women’s Council

Meghan has experience helping all types of homebuyers from first-time buyers to those who are interested in investment properties or second homes. She also enjoys helping families who are looking to build or renovate to create a more custom home for themselves.

“A home is the place where people can retreat to and find happiness, comfort, and relaxation,” she says. “Helping people to finance the home they have found and turn that dream into a reality is so rewarding.”

Meghan believes in strong and consistent communication with her clients and referral partners, so everyone is up to date on the loan process. “I have a strong attention to detail to ensure the clients have a smooth process,” she says. “I desire to have the client’s experience be positive and stress-free and to be a process I would want to go through myself. I’m in their court and will do what it takes to get them to the closing table.”

When she’s not working, Meghan stays active in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and two daughters, Claire and Ella, on the river or at the beach.
